About Soriela

We got tired of reconstructing the week

The answer to "where are we?" already existed — scattered across a tracker, three chat threads, a spreadsheet and somebody's inbox. Assembling it by hand ate the time that should have gone into the work. So we built the layer that assembles it.

Why we built it

The reporting layer is where delivery breaks

Project work rarely fails because nobody knew what to do. It fails because the signal arrived late — a stalled handoff nobody noticed, a date that quietly moved in one system and not the other, a thread that went silent for a week.

Every one of those signals already exists in a tool somebody is paying for. What was missing is anything that reads them together. That is what Soriela is: one live model of a project, assembled from the systems your teams already use, that raises what needs attention and shows exactly why it thinks so.

Principles

Three rules we build against

The tool should disappear

If Soriela becomes another thing to maintain, we've built the wrong product. It should cost a PM less attention than the reporting it replaces.

Show the working, always

An AI that flags a risk without showing what it read is asking for trust it hasn't earned. AI-generated insights link back to the messages, tickets and documents they were read from.

Meet people where their work already is

Nobody wants a fourteenth tool. Soriela reads the stack you already run rather than asking your teams to move into ours.
