This website is operated by Soriela. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

Nothing on this website is an offer or a contract for the Soriela product. Access to the product, service levels, support, pricing, security commitments and data processing terms are set out in the subscription agreement and data processing agreement signed with your organisation. Where this page and that agreement differ, the agreement wins.

You may read, print and share the content of this site for your own information and for the internal purposes of your organisation. You may not:

• copy or republish the content commercially without our written permission;
• scrape, crawl or harvest the site beyond normal search-engine indexing;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or any related system, or probe or test its security without our written permission;
• interfere with the availability of the site for anyone else;
• use the site to send unlawful, misleading or infringing material.

If you believe you have found a security issue, tell us at info@soriela.com before you tell anyone else. We will not pursue good-faith reports made that way.

The site, its text, design, graphics, and the Soriela name and logo are owned by Soriela or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. Third-party product names and logos shown on this site — for example the tools on our integrations page — belong to their respective owners and are used to identify those products. Their appearance here does not imply endorsement or a partnership unless we say so explicitly.

We keep this site accurate and current, and mark forward-looking capability honestly rather than implying it is shipped. Even so, the content is provided for general information: it is not advice, it may change, and we do not warrant that it is complete or error-free, or that the site will be available uninterrupted.

Where we link to a third-party site — an event registration page, a partner, a source we cite — we do not control it and are not responsible for its content or its privacy practices.

To the extent permitted by law, Soriela is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business or data, arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Liability relating to the product is dealt with in the subscription agreement, not here.

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect through this site and the product, and the rights you have over it. It forms part of these terms.

We may update these terms. The date at the top is the version in force, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated version.

These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands, and disputes arising out of them are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Netherlands. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of your country of residence.
