From a pile of documents to a plan you can defend

Whatever describes the project: a charter, a statement of work, a proposal, requirements, kickoff notes. Up to five files — PDF, Word, Excel, CSV, text or Markdown. The more the documents say about scope, deliverables, dates and the team, the more specific the plan.

Three ways. The plan is built from your documents, in your project's own terms. The dates are not written by a language model: it proposes durations and dependencies, and a scheduler computes every date, the float and the critical path. And a second, independent pass reviews the plan against your documents — coverage, sequence, realism, the stated deadline — and edits it before you receive it.

Yes. It carries ID, WBS, phase, task, owner, duration in working days, start, finish, predecessors by ID, a milestone flag, the critical path and float. Excel, Google Sheets, Smartsheet and MS Project read it directly; change a duration and the predecessors tell you what moves.

They are used to produce your plan, kept for 30 days so the invitation in your email can turn them into a Soriela workspace, and then deleted. They are not used to train models. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
